Our Booking Secretary, coordinates all our events so she should be your first point of contact.

If you would like to arrange a visit by the Team or to book our mobile bouldering wall for an event then please use the contact form below.

The MAT do not control the bookings of Sudbrooke Tower, to arrange these you need to check the availability of both the equipment and our Team.

To check availability or to book the Climbing Tower at Sudbrooke Campsite please use your group’s OSM system by finding Sudbrooke campsite in the campsite directory found within the programme area or use this link https://www.onlinescoutmanager.co.uk/v/lincoln-district-scout-campsite

Once you have the tower’s availability then we can book the date and time on our calendar and check the availability of our team members. We are reliant on the relevant permit holders and volunteers being available so it may take a while to collate their availability and your booking is not confirmed until it is acknowledged but we will come back to you as soon as possible.
